Overview
The Leads page displays a list of all the leads that have flowed into Property Shell including leads that have manually added and those incoming from all other sources and integrations. This page is where Sales Agents will spend most of their time nurturing and converting leads.
Lead Tab
This field will show the details that the Lead has entered on an enquiry form and allows users to get a general overview of the Lead's details, allowing them to edit lead information including their Contact Info, Address, Subscriptions, Status, Project, Lead Owners, Interests and more.
Manually Adding & Editing Leads
Whilst most leads that come into Property Shell will come from an automated source such as your project website, realestate.com.au, Facebook, Domain and other providers, you also have the option to manually manage leads directly. This is particularly crucial if you have an internal list of leads that you'd like to move across into Property Shell.

Lead Owner Allocations
Here you can automate the setting of lead owners for any external inbound enquiries. We support simple allocations, rotating between lead owners, groups of lead owners, or allocating proportionally.
The rules you create below are in priority order, meaning the first rule that matches an incoming lead will allocate the lead owner(s) for that lead. You can also schedule when lead owner rules are applicable, what day of the week, and also define more granular rules such as only setting lead owners based on the incoming campaign name or source

Activity & Tasks Tab
The activity tab will allow you to keep an eye of the life of your leads movements and correspondence all in one place. Very much the same principle with the Tasks tab however this is designed more so for you as the agent to create tasks and follow ups to keep your work life in order with no effort.

Reserving A Property (Convert Lead)
This function allows you to convert a lead into a Purchaser and reserve a property. Simply click the "Convert Lead" button and fill out the form to reserve. This is where you add all of the Basic Sale Information, Purchaser(s) Details, and Purchaser's Conveyancer or Solicitor Details.
Click Reserve Property to save these changes.
