Steps to Get Started with Check-In Mode

Follow these steps to start using Check-In Mode:

  1. Initiate Check-In Mode

    • Click the plus button located at the top right of the screen.
    • Tick the "Check-In Mode" option.
    • Create a campaign name to categorise your leads.
  2. Fill Out Campaign Details

    • After creating the campaign name, proceed to the "Create Campaign" section.
    • This will automatically make the type as "Walk-In".
    • Complete the necessary details for your campaign.
  3. Select Your Campaign

    • Once the campaign is created (this step is only required once), click the plus button again.
    • Select Check-In Mode.
    • Choose the campaign you created from the list.
  4. Check-In a Lead

    • Type in the name of the lead you want to check in.
    • Click "Create New & Check-In."
  5. Lead Check-In Confirmation

    • The lead will now be checked into the selected campaign.
    • Click "View Checked-In Lead" to access the lead's details.
  6. Review Lead Details

    • You can now see the check-in details on the lead's timeline and within the campaign.
