Manually Adding Leads

Overview

Whilst most leads that come into Property Shell will come from an automated source such as your project website, realestate.com.au, Facebook, Domain and other providers, you also have the option to manually manage leads directly. This is particularly crucial if you have an internal list of leads that you'd like to move across into Property Shell. 


To manually add a Lead, you'll need to follow the below steps:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, expand the Sales menu item and then click the Leads
  2. Click the + button on the upper right part of the page.
  3.  Create Lead pop-up will appear
  4. Fill in the fields accordingly;


  • Full Name -Name of the lead
  • Status - Open (Unqualified), Working (Attempted Contact), Working (Contacted), Closed (Converted), Closed (Not Converted), Closed (Subscriber Only)
  • Email - Email of the lead
  • Phone - Mobile phone or Home phone number of the lead
  • Address - Address of the lead
  • Rating - Cold, Warm, Hot






Details

  • Lead Owners - Click the dropdown to find the Lead Owner
  • Project - Click the drop-down and find the Project
  • Campaigns - Click the dropdown and find the Campaign. You can also create your own Campaigns e.g. Walk-Ins
  • Properties - Click the dropdown and select the lead's desired property
  • Interested In (Type) - Select whether it is an Apartment, Townhouse, Retail, or Houses
  • Interested In (Bedrooms) - Select the number of beds the lead wants
  • Buyer Type - Describe the lead whether he/she is an Owner Occupier, Downsizer, First Home Buyer, Upsizer or Investor
  • Price Range - Click the dropdown and find the right budget for the lead
  • Age - Click the dropdown and select the Age Group of the lead
  • Purchase Timing - Click the dropdown and select when will the lead wants to purchase


How to edit Leads

This function allows you to make some changes to the existing leads that are already imported into Property Shell


To edit leads you need to follow these steps:

  1. From the left-hand side menu, expand the Sales menu item and then click the Leads
  2. Filter or Search for the lead you want to edit
  3. Click any part of the lead aside from the project
  4.  Click the name (not the card)
  5.  Click the pencil and edit the lead  
  6.  Click Save



We dont recommend editing leads if that lead is associated to a sale
