Overview

This guide provides some quick and easy tips for general sales agents and the key parts and background to get started.

Viewing An Individual Project

To access an individual project:

  1. Click Projects from the left-hand menu
  2. Click the selected project.

Each project page will show you the stacking plan or land map, project information, images, and project files (depending on level of access).

The Stacking Plan

The stacking plan is the basis of your project this is where you have all properties uploaded which can be filtered down to refine your search from the left hand menu. You can also toggle the "Display" dropdown or other filtering options to view different information on your project visually.

You can also individually click into any one of these lots to get full information about the property.

The Site Plan

Interactive Mapping enhances property presentations by allowing users to filter results using dynamic overlays. hese overlays let you sort by stock availability, pricing, size, sales status, and more. This makes sales presentations more precise and improves the overall sales process. This has the same capabilities as the stacking plan but makes it easier to visually view the layout/location of the properties.

Project Info

The project information tab will include all and any files related to the project, and any partners associated with the project along with intricate details such as the type of development, address and construction start and completion date.

You can also download any project related files such as floor plans, sample contracts and marketing brochures and information that has been uploaded to the files section.

Another benefit of keeping the most up-to-date files here is that, if your email is integrated, you can easily attach these files directly to your emails when sending messages from Property Shell's Leads page.

Gallery

The gallery tab shows different photos and videos for your projects.

Managing Leads & Activity

Property Shell collects leads from various sources such as the project website, RealEstate.com.au, Domain, Facebook, and many other providers. To view your leads, go to the Sales section from the left-hand menu then select leads. From there, you can manage your leads by editing, adding, or deleting them. You can filter leads based on projects, campaigns, dates created, and other factors by selecting the funnel button, which is situated in the page's upper right corner.

Integrating Your Email & Calendar

Integrating your email address to Property Shell is fundamental as this is set up to ensure your lead queries are synced and uploaded to Property Shell in order to reflect on the leads activity feed. This is set up to keep your data clean and easy to work around. We also have the function to sync your calendar which would be associated with the email address you have just integrated. This  allows the booking's you make to be synced across the two software's in order to make your work seamless and efficient. This function works for both meeting appointments made between the business as well as booking's with a lead. It is also super easy to set it up it will be within the Integration already made either through Outlook or Gmail.

Please follow the below link for instructions on how to set this up.
