Lead Owner Allocations

Leads can be automatically allocated to a sales person or sales persons for inbound enquiries.


Here you can automate the setting of lead owners for any external inbound enquiries. We support simple allocations, rotating between lead owners, groups of lead owners, or allocating proportionally. We also support conditional rules to allocate based on certain lead sources or based on timings (such as weekend allocations versus weekday allocations).


To access the lead allocations, head to:


Settings > Lead Allocations


The rules you create below are in priority order, meaning the first rule that matches an incoming lead will allocate the lead owner(s) for that lead. You can also schedule when lead owner rules are applicable, what day of the week, and also define more granular rules such as only setting lead owners based on the incoming campaign name or source.



The allocation rules can be set based on no projects, or one or more projects.


The types of allocations are outlined below:

  • Simple/No Rotation - For single lead owners
  • Round Robin - if you want to distribute the leads evenly among the agents
  • Grouped Round Robin -
  • Proportionally - E.g. Agent X 20%, Agent Y, 30%, Agent Z 50%


You can also choose Add Match Condition by Campaign Name or Source then place the values.


Lastly, you can also set up a scheduled lead allocation distribution based on timings such as day of the week.
