Overview

Notifications in Property Shell allow you to stay informed about important updates and activities within your CRM. You can customise your notification preferences to receive alerts for Sales Status Changes, New Lead notifications, SMS correspondence, and Tasks based on your preferences. Additionally, you can manage push notifications to stay updated in real-time.


Sales Status Change

When a sales status changes or updates occur, you will receive notifications. You can specify which sales statuses you want to receive notifications for.


Lead Notifications

Opt-in to receive notifications when a new lead is created. You have the option to receive notifications for leads assigned to you or for all leads. You can also choose to receive SMS notifications on your mobile device when leads correspond via SMS.



Tasks

Receive notifications about tasks assigned to you, including daily and weekly reminders based on your preferences.



Push Notifications

Enable push notifications to receive real-time updates for leads assigned to you, open-tracked emails, file downloads, and changes made by you.
