1. Go to the Leads Section  

2. Click the Filter icon

3. Filter it by Name

4. Check Each Lead  (Review each lead to ensure they have the same name and email address. This step is critical to confirm that they are indeed duplicates)
5. Confirm Duplicate Leads and check the checkbox beside their names

6. Click the 3x3 grid icon located in the upper right corner of the page

7. In the 'Select Master Record' section drop-down, choose the oldest record as the master. This ensures that the most comprehensive and historically accurate information is retained.


8. Click Merge Leads
