Overview

This function allows you to send SMS messages directly from Property Shell, great for mass communications and engaging with your purchasers and leads.

Navigating to Messaging

1. From the upper right part of the page, click the 3 dots.  
2. Select Settings.
3. From the System Settings, click Messaging.

How to Use Messaging

1. Click the ADD NEW NUMBER button below and follow the steps to purchase a number which is approximately $7.50 USD per month.
2. The client must advise how much credit they would like Property Shell to load for them before messaging.
3. The Opt Out clause is included within the message.

        2. Then either:

• Navigate to leads, purchasers
• Filter down your chosen list of recipients
• On the top right of the page under the 3x3 grid icon, click the Send SMS link.
• Type out your message or select your template, optionally fix up any missing numbers, and then send

Or

• Navigate to any Lead, Sale or Organisation
• Under the Activity tab, under Timeline, select Send SMS
• Like above, type out your message or select your template, then hit send

        3. Recipients will be able to respond to your messages

        4. All sent and received messages will appear under Activity for that Sale, Lead, Person, or Organisation

Billing

1. All charges and balances are in USD - we are using an international carrier to ensure the best pricing and deliverability
2. Every number costs an initial fee plus a small monthly fee, presented when you start the process of adding a number
3. Currently, Australian messages cost approximately $0.0643 USD to send and $0.0093 USD to receive, with varying fees for international messages
4. You can view your usage fees in the billing table below
5. An initial account balance of $10 USD will be added to your account when you sign up
6. When your account balance runs out, you will no longer be able to send SMS messages, please contact your account manager to arrange a top up
