Overview
Create custom triggers and fire automated actions such as e-mail notifications based on changes made within the Property Shell Software Platform.
Autoresponder Prerequisites:
- To set up a Trigger you will need to have created an email template within Property Shell’s template builder.
- You will need to have your email account integrated.
Navigating to Triggers
- From the upper-right part of the page, click the 3 dots.
- Select Settings.
- Select Automations.
Create an Email Autoresponder
- Click the + button to create a new trigger.
- Name your trigger eg. “Richmond Hill Autoresponder”
- Trigger type: Choose “When a Record is Created”
- Record type: Choose “Lead”
- Click “Add Action” Button.
- Action type: Choose “email template”.
- Choose a name for the trigger.
- Choose if you would like to delay the trigger.
- Choose from which integration the trigger will be sent from.
- Choose recipients: “Lead Persons”
- Choose the template you would like to trigger to send.
- Click “include tracking” if you would like to track email opens and link clicks.
- Click the “Create” button.
Testing
- Send an enquiry to test the autoresponder is working.
