Overview

Create custom triggers and fire automated actions such as e-mail notifications based on changes made within the Property Shell Software Platform.

Autoresponder Prerequisites: 

  1. To set up a Trigger you will need to have created an email template within Property Shell’s template builder.

     
  2. You will need to have your email account integrated.

Navigating to Triggers

  1. From the upper-right part of the page, click the 3 dots.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Automations.

 

 

Create an Email Autoresponder

  1. Click the + button to create a new trigger.
  2. Name your trigger eg. “Richmond Hill Autoresponder”
  3. Trigger type: Choose “When a Record is Created”
  4. Record type: Choose “Lead”
  5. Click “Add Action” Button.
  6. Action type: Choose “email template”.
  7. Choose a name for the trigger. 
  8. Choose if you would like to delay the trigger.
  9. Choose from which integration the trigger will be sent from.
  10. Choose recipients: “Lead Persons”
  11. Choose the template you would like to trigger to send.
  12. Click “include tracking” if you would like to track email opens and link clicks. 
  13. Click the “Create” button. 

 

 

 

Testing 

  1. Send an enquiry to test the autoresponder is working.
