Email templates are a powerful tool in real estate email marketing, enabling you to maintain consistent communication with leads and former clients. This consistent engagement can foster relationships and ultimately lead to sales. Property Shell offers a user-friendly platform for creating and managing these email templates, ensuring your communications are both professional and personalized.

Creating Email Templates in Property Shell

To create an email template in Property Shell, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Email Templates Page: Go to Property Shell Email Templates or navigate to Settings > Email Templates.

  2. Initiate a New Template: On the email templates page, click the + button to create a new template. A popup will appear, presenting you with two template types to choose from: Basic Left Aligned Template and Center Aligned Newsletter Style Template.

Basic Left Aligned Template

This template is ideal for straightforward, left-aligned, email-style templates.

  1. Template Name: Enter a name for your email template.
  2. Default Email Subject: Specify the default subject line that will appear when the email is sent.
  3. Template Owner: Indicate if a single user will utilise this template (leave blank if all users should have access).
  4. Project: Assign the template to a specific project (leave blank for general use across all projects).
  5. Record Type: Choose the relevant record type—Lead, Sale, or Property. Most templates are for leads, but you can also create templates for purchasers (Sale) or specific emails from the Property Page (Property).
  6. Active Status: Check the box to activate the template.

Email Body

Here, you can craft your email content. Utilise the "fields" feature to insert dynamic placeholders such as {{Lead - First Name}}, which automatically populate with specific lead information when the email is sent. You can also add attachments saved in Property Shell by clicking "Search Property Shell Files" at the bottom and selecting the desired files.

You are also able to insert images and tables by clicking Insert tab.

    • Drag and Drop Rows: Select from various layout options to structure your email.

Adding Content
