SMS Bulk Send

Overview

SMS bulk sending is an efficient and powerful tool designed for effortlessly sending mass text messages to numerous contacts. It proves particularly beneficial for updating clients, promoting new listings, and alerting prospects about significant events.

Here's a quick guide on how to do this:

1. Go to the Lead Section

2. Create a filter (for example we have filtered by Project)

3. Select one from the list

4. Click Filter button at the bottom to apply the changes

5. If you want to proceed with all leads within that filet then click on the 3x3 Grid

6. If you want to only select a few specific leads then click the checkboxes on the left

7. Select Send SMS

8. You can select a template or type in your message

9. Click Send

Make sure to check the remaining funds in your account before sending the SMS blast to ensure all text messages will be sent.

To create an SMS Template, please follow the guide below:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Messages

3. Click Manage Template

4. Click the Add New Template box

5. Enter the details of your template

6. Click Save
