Overview

An Australian Banking Association (ABA) file is a standard of file used by Australian Banks to make multiple payments for uploading data to Internet Banking systems.

Property Shell supports the creation of ABA files which can be used for outbound payments to upload directly into your bank, so you don't have to manually create these within your bank.

Creating An ABA File

To create an ABA file:

1. Find the Purchaser Payment on the relevant property page
2. Click Create ABA File
3. Use this downloaded file to upload into your bank account.

Important: Make sure you have all of the details correct before generating the ABA file and uploading into your bank.
