There are three different REA Integrations available:
1. For Standard REA Integrations for leads from www.realestate.com.au , this can be done directly through the Property Shell Platform via Settings:
- Settings
- Integrations
- REA
The Client will need to follow the instructions on this page and submit a request to REA via https://help.realestate.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/115002481503-Set-up-or-change-your-listing-uploader-XML-
Within the request, they have tried to ask for Property Shell to be approved as the new provider - having access to realestate.com.au Leads API.
Once REA has completed the request, they will email the client stating that ‘Property Shell is now enabled for API access for ‘Client XXXX’ – (XXXXXX)’.
The client will need to forward this confirmation email to us and our tech team will proceed with the set up.
To finalise, field mappings must be set up.
2. REA also has a separate offering of products such as developersites.com.au. To integrate leads generated from developer sites, we must request an integration via our Lead Mailbox.
3. In the case that REA is the ad creator in Facebook, there are two options:
- REA must allow our mutual client to become the admin of the page so they can connect this on their Property Shell account or
- if not, we will need to request an integration via our Lead Mailbox.
