Overview
This function allows you to upload all the property information of the project. This is where you set up all of the general information of the project including the name of the properties, bedrooms, bathrooms, carpark, dimensions, etc. The data input here will determine the lots in the stacking plan and act as the skeleton of entire development.
These are the steps you need to follow to upload your property:
- Click the "click here to get started"
- After clicking that you should see a pop-up asking you to download the template
- Download the template and open the file
- Fill in the columns accordingly
There shouldn't be any special characters, extra spaces and extra lines in the template to avoid errors
The following are the necessary fields you need to fill
- Project name - the exact name of the project
- Lot Name - lot name/ unit number/ apartment number
- Dwelling type - this determines the actual type of the unit and its floor plans
- Sales Status - Released if it is ready for sale, Not Released if it is not
- List price
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Car spaces - (No letters in this field)
- Study and Stage
- Dwelling Sub Type - This determines which building the property belongs Eg. Building A, Building B
- Dwelling Location - This is the floor number Eg. GF, 1,2,3,4
- Address
- Internal area - the size of the property
- Garage area
- Balcony/ terrace area - also called as external area
- Total area - the sum of internal and external area
- Aspect - Directions Eg. North, East, West, South
- Full deposit amount - This will appear in the Property Tab once you put in the value of it.
- Copy and paste the Property Import Template to Property Shell
- Check for Errors (if there are, click the "scroll to error" to identify what went wrong.
To check the Properties you imported, click on the projects and click the project you created.
Bulk Editing Properties
This function allows you to edit the property information that is already uploaded in Property Shell. Please note this will not allow you edit Sale information.
These are the steps to edit the properties:
- From the left-hand side menu, expand the Listings menu item and then click the Properties.
- Click the 3x3 grid and it should show you a drop-down.
- Click bulk edit.
- Select the Project you wish to edit.
- Click the LOAD RECORDS AND EDIT.
6. Once you are inside the edit page, you can edit all of the information there aside from the Sales Status.
7. Click Update Records to check for errors and if there are none it will be saved.
How to Remove a Property from Property Shell
When removing a Property keep in mind that it cannot be undone, all of the information will be wiped out including the Sales, Payments, Deposits and such in that particular property so be extra careful when doing this.
- From the left-hand side menu, expand the Listings menu item and then click the Properties.
- You will see the list of all of the properties and from there you can filter it using the funnel on the upper right part of the page.
- Once it is filtered, search for the right property you wish to remove then click the box.
- Click the 3x3 grid and select Delete Selected.
- There will be a pop-up and then select confirm.
- You can select multiple properties at a time by just putting a check on the boxes of the properties that you want to remove.
How to set a property back to "Not Released" or "Released"
This function allows you to determine which properties are for sale and not for sale.
To set the status to Released or Not released you need to follow these steps:
- From the left-hand side menu, expand the Listings menu item and then click the Properties.
- Click the 3x3 grid and it should show you a drop-down.
- Click bulk edit.
- Select the Project you wish to edit.
- Then you can now change the sales status from Released to Not Released or vice versa.
You cannot change the Sales Status of a property if it is Reserved, Exchanged Conditional, Exchanged Unconditional or Settled.
Project Info
In this field, you will find the Project Overview. You can also edit information here like the Type, Address, Reservation Deposit Amount, Estimated Construction Start, Estimated Completion, Sunset Clause (Months) and Features. You can also view and upload the files here and check and upload the Project Partners.

To edit this field you need to follow these steps:
- From the left-hand side menu, expand the Projects menu item and then click the Project you want to edit.
- On the second tab, you will find Project info then click it.
- Click the small pencil to edit the Project Overview.
